EU formally promulgated double-ended LED lamp safe

Following the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in December 2014 formally promulgated safety standard dual side LED lamps IEC 62776 (ed.1.0): after 2014; the EU in April 2015 released EN 62776: 2015 standard. At this point, double-end LED lamps into the EU safety standards are unified.
    
    New Standard Scope:
Double input for direct replacement of traditional fluorescent tubes, and that such replacement does not involve changes to the line inside the lamp;
G5 or G13 lamp;
Power not exceeding 125 W;
Input voltage does not exceed 250 V.
    NOTE: improved LED lamp, not within the scope of the assessment criteria.
    
    Request:
Labeling requirements: the need for labeling is compatible with conventional rectifier? Apply to frequency lighting ballasts? It is suitable for high frequency lighting ballasts?
Specification requirements: the need for clear and detailed lamp replacement instructions.

    The main testing requirements:
Size and gauge requirements: Dimensions need to meet the requirements of the standard tube size; in predictable high temperature, low temperature environment, still meet the standard size.
Replace security requirements: After lamps directly replace traditional fluorescent tubes, does not affect the safety of the lamp.
Photobiological safety requirements: LED lamp product users will not be additional UV, blue and other injuries.
